At Advanced Training Solutions, we’re committed to the up-skilling of young people through training and development. 

Currently, we are delighted to be supporting the construction industry by matching suitable candidates to work experience roles and apprenticeships. To date, we have supported 10 candidates directly into employment and a further 20 candidates into placements.

ATS is committed to being a voice for the industry and we are working on building relationships to deliver the Modern Apprenticeship Programme. With a Modern Apprenticeship, whilst in full time employment, you’ll work towards an industry recognised qualification, whilst earning a salary. ATS is looking to pioneer delivering a workplace based model, which will focus on skills and experience gained by spending time with a journeyman. We expect to see developments into late 2021.
